What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs
• Treat residents with short- and long-term disabilities
• Focus on pain reduction, mobility, and functional restoration
• Track and document progress to ensure top-quality care
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment and home exercises
• Work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active New York PT license
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and documentation
• Skilled in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a supportive environment
