Beverage Manager…Beverage Chef: Doughnut Plant | New York City

Doughnut Plant is looking for a leader for our beverage program. This individual should be someone with vision, determination, urgency, and spunk.

For over thirty years, Doughnut Plant has been the leader in the world of gourmet doughnuts. In fact, chefs across the United States often recognize Doughnut Plant as the innovation and taste leader in the world of gourmet doughnuts. We’re looking for an individual to lead our beverage program with that same zeal for excellence.

Every year, we serve millions of doughnuts. We deliver fresh doughnuts to each of our locations three to five times everyday. Our menu includes 20 to 25 different flavors served daily and our doughnut library is in the hundreds. Our standards remain the same: the highest quality doughnuts utilizing all natural ingredients made with the greatest care to preserve consistency and originality.

A few years ago, Doughnut Plant attracted additional executive leadership, and the company has experienced record growth. 2025 was the strongest year in the company’s history in both sales and earnings. We continue to expand throughout New York City while planning additional locations in other major urban markets.

Coffee and other beverages account for a significant percent of our sales and are growing. We roast our own coffee beans and take the same care in our beverages that we do in crafting our doughnuts. We are now seeking the right Beverage Manager to help elevate and grow our beverage program even more rapidly.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about hospitality, coffee culture, innovation, systems building, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a gourmet beverage experience built on creativity and innovation
• Demand consistency, and execution at all times
• Utilize our Training Lab to help inspire and elevate our team while setting the Doughnut Plant Standard
• Create a Production Schedule for all batched beverages
• Solve problems fast, take ownership,and push the business and brand forward every single day
• Drive the beverage program with creativity bringing in new ideas based on trends and seasonal offerings. Hopefully, lead the market.
