Senior Project Manager

Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week. This role is based in New York City, with no exceptions. Overview The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in building and delivering creative, social, digital, and integrated marketing projects. This individual will guide cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain strong communication across stakeholders. As a senior member of the project management team, this client-facing individual embodies the highest of delivery standards and supports the success of complex, multi‑workstream initiatives. Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution- Lead day‑to‑day project management for multi‑channel creative campaigns, digital and social initiatives, and integrated marketing programs.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, scopes of work, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross‑functional alignment across creative, strategy, production, account, and client teams.
- Manage project progress, flag roadblocks, and ensure teams deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
- Apply and refine workflow processes to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn and adopt AI tooling for PM
- Contribute to improving project methodologies, documentation, and delivery frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to agency operational standards and project management best practices.
- Track project budgets, provide accurate forecasting, and support financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with resource managers and team leads to schedule talent and optimize workload distribution.
- Ensure project changes, scope updates, and resourcing needs are communicated proactively.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including creative directors, strategists, producers, and account partners.
- Lead meetings, present project updates, and ensure clarity on priorities, decisions, and next steps.
- Mentor junior project managers or coordinators, offering guidance on workflow, communication, and delivery best practices.
- Identify risks early and work with teams to develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client goals and strategic intent.
- Facilitate approvals, version control, and documentation to maintain project accuracy and accountability.
- 8–10+ years of experience in project management or operations within a creative agency
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑workstream creative campaigns or marketing projects.
- Strong understanding of workflow design, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Solid experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data‑driven reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor junior talent and contribute to a positive, productive team environment.
- Extremely detailed, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
