Location: Onsite (Menands, NY – No Remote Option) Position Overview:
Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative to modernize OMIG systems to support Managed Care data processing. Focuses on enhancements to improve program integrity and financial tracking.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop enhancements using .NET Core/C#, MVC, WCF, and Web Services. Participate in architectural design, database development, and application security implementation. Collaborate with business teams and conduct full lifecycle SDLC tasks. Qualifications:
- 7+ years in OOA/OOD/OOP and SOA using MVC
- 7+ years C#.NET development
- 7+ years Component One, APIs, and programming tools
- 7+ years in high/low-level system design
- 7+ years Medicaid financial systems experience
- 7+ years FACTS app/Web Services development
- 5+ years with Visual Studio 2019/2022, TFS, Git
- 5+ years with Oracle/SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT
