As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include:
- Supervising a team of customer service representatives and providing guidance and support.
- Monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure quality service.
- Analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes.
- Managing and working on policy renewals and service alerts for client retention.
- Creating and training new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of customer service representatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales experience is beneficial, as it helps you understand the needs of our customers and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Insurance sales and service experience a plus.
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,862.00 - $52,996.00 per year
