To meet its growth demands, T&M is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for the Investigations and Consulting Division located at our headquarters in midtown Manhattan. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for investigating allegations of sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other sensitive matters as well as providing group and individualized training on such topics as needed. Candidates for this position should have significant experience investigating and prosecuting sex crimes on a state or federal level. Some experience as a litigation associate at a law firm is preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is 125k to 225k commensurate with education and relevant experience.

Qualifications

· Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a state or federal prosecutor with at least five (5) years which involved the investigation and prosecution of sex crimes.

· Strong academic background as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

· Demonstrated excellence in writing and legal analysis.

· Exceptional interview, listening, comprehension and overall collaboration skills.

· Strong commitment to issues related to sexual assault and harassment, stalking, workplace violence, and child safety.
