The Opportunity
As part of the Deals Data and Analytics team you are expected to contribute to client engagement and projects, enhancing quality and providing a more technology-enabled experience. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks, developing basic skills and knowledge. You are expected to leverage data manipulation and analysis technologies, understand database concepts, and perform IT architecture and solution development.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics
- 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Understanding of financial statements and business cycles
- Understanding of data extraction/transformation, analytics, and visualization approaches
- Analyzing or managing accounting, financial or transactional data
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment under time sensitive client deadlines
- Techniques to perform data ETL and experience with SQL, Alteryx, Power Query
- Experience designing interactive visual interfaces and dashboards
- Modern web and software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, PHP, ASP, Python, R, C#, JSON, .NET
- Certifications in Masters of Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Administration or related

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
