Responsibilities:

· Conduct patient evaluations with patients and develop individualized treatment plans that help patients recover and return to a pain free life!

· Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.

· Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are being met.

· Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.

· Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care to patients.

· Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications :

· A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.

· Strong clinical skills.
