2026 Guardian Summer Intern, Group Marketing Our 2026 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian. Internship Dates: The internship program will run from Thursday, May 28, 2026 - Friday, August 7, 2026 . The application window will close on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:59PM ET or when role(s) have been filled, whichever comes first. You are: A rising senior (graduation date of May 2027) who is fueled by collaboration, able to listen and make quick decisions and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. - Aspirations to work in marketing or sales or supporting a sales team with strategic sales enablement resources
- Desire to better understand how the customer journey drives marketing strategy
- An interest in digital marketing (developing digital advertising with a purpose of driving customer engagement, tracking customer engagement, measuring success)
- Learn how modern marketing performs as a revenue center versus a service center.
- Work with marketing professionals and help develop campaigns aligned to the sales cycle.
- Gain practice with cutting edge marketing platforms that inform strategy and drive results.
- Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career
- Learn about Guardian's purpose, values, how we work, and our suite of product and service offerings
- Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business
- Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information
