Vice President - Enterprise PMO (Mobile Technology)

Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Create, manage and maintain the work stream schedules.
- Provide work stream meeting management.
- Create and own work stream updates for the Program steering packs.
- RAID management.
- Create status reports.
- Provide support to the Program Management team as required.
- Maintain project controls.
- Manage project documentation.
- Use Program templates, best practice and SharePoint.
Skills required :
- 10 years of Project Management Office experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience of project lifecycles and governance within large organizations.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build consensus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good MS PowerPoint and Visio skills.
- Prior experience of working in financial services or a consulting firm required.
- Demonstrate experience of technology projects and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives.
