Business Systems Analyst

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented analyst to support the daily operations of a large-scale residential management platform. This role bridges technology and business, ensuring system reliability, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement across property operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the property management platform, ensuring system accuracy and stability.

• Manage incoming support requests, track issues, and deliver timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with users to identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and implement updates.

• Document functional requirements and assist in configuration or integration efforts.

• Execute system testing, upgrades, and validation to ensure consistent performance.

• Use SQL or equivalent tools to extract and analyze operational data for reporting.

• Support onboarding of new locations or portfolios, including setup and user acceptance testing.

• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate updates and resolve system challenges.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in business systems analysis or software administration.

• Hands-on experience with a property management or ERP platform (e.g., Yardi or equivalent).

• Working knowledge of data querying, report generation, and testing methodologies.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data integrity and operational efficiency.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills across technical and business teams.

• Comfortable in a hybrid work model with onsite collaboration on scheduled days.

• Nice to have: experience supporting residential operations, exposure to enterprise integrations, or familiarity with structured SDLC practices.
