We are a beloved neighborhood Restaurant & Bar located near the 15th Street stop of the F and G lines in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn .

We are looking for a full time (4 shifts) experienced bartender to join our small, hospitality-driven team.

We are a warm, seasonal, full-service restaurant with loyal regulars, thoughtful food and beverage, and a strong sense of place. The right person is polished, kind, reliable, energetic, and comfortable working in a busy but personal restaurant and bar.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality who wants to work in a restaurant that feels personal, not corporate, and where hospitality still matters. Our bartenders are responsible for preparing, selling, and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and food while creating a warm, fun, and memorable experience for our guests.

The bartender will also have the opportunity to work directly with ownership on seasonal cocktails and the continued development of the overall bar program.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of bartending experience
• Brings genuine warmth, professionalism, and positive energy to service
• Has strong knowledge of classic cocktails
• Can confidently speak about seasonal food, wine, cocktails, beer, and specials
• Reads guests well and takes pride in building strong guest relationships
• Understands that guest recognition is critical to great hospitality
• Is organized, punctual, and team-oriented
• Communicates clearly with both guests and colleagues
• Stays calm, gracious, and professional during busy services
• Keeps a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare, sell, and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wine, beer, and food
• Demonstrate knowledge of all signature cocktails , including ingredients, specs, and builds
• Maintain strong knowledge of classic cocktails
• Stay up to date on all beverage and food menu changes
• Work with ownership on seasonal cocktails and the overall bar program
• Demonstrate working knowledge of our wine program
• Maintain an understanding of proper steps of service and execute them with efficiency and grace
• Multitask while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable guest experiences
• Build relationships with regulars and new guests alike
• Create a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for bar guests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the bar before, during, and after service
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a harmonious working atmosphere

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift up to 40+ pounds
