Pay Rate: $30/HR Position Overview:
We need an experienced professional with a background in Medicaid 1115 who can provide strategic support in capacity building for community-based organizations and offer technical assistance for health-related programs. Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience or knowledge of Medicaid 1115 programs
- Proven experience in CBO (Community-Based Organization) capacity building or consulting
- Background working with CBOs in a capacity building in a technical assistance role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage performance trackers
- Excellent communication skills – able to navigate complex issues and address questions as they arise
- Strong facilitation skills and presentation experience
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Highly tech-savvy with ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- Proven cross-collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 1 year experience in community-based health initiatives, public health, public administration, or a related field.
