Join Consulting Technology Company as an Office Administrator in our Ronkonkoma, NY office! This part-time, in-person role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support our team and clients with exceptional administrative skills.
Hours M-F 9am -2PM. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
- Support bookkeeping and invoicing tasks as needed.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Local candidates preferred, as this is an in-person position.
