As an entry-level flavor maker, you’ll support the vital manufacturing and packaging lines that feed the nation.

• 1st Shift (The Early Bird): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $18.00 / hr
• 2nd Shift (The Night Owl): 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $18.75 / hr
• 3rd Shift (The Sunrise Crew): 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM | $19.50 / hr

Responsibilities

✔️ Who You Are & What You Need

No experience? No problem! We provide all the technical process training on-site. If you have a great attitude and love working with a team, you’re qualified.

The Essentials:

• Punctuality is King: Show up ready to rock! We offer a standard 5-minute grace period, but reliability is key.
• The Dress Code (Factory Fashion): * Slip-resistant, steel-toe shoes (you gotta bring your own!).
  • Jeans, work pants, or cargo pants, and a short or long-sleeve shirt (clean and in good shape).
  • Leave these at home: Hoodies, sweatpants, makeup, nail polish, fake nails, fake eyelashes, and jewelry (except for a solid wedding band).
• The Formal Stuff: You’ll need to pass a standard 4-panel drug screening, background check, language assessment, and sign standard confidentiality paperwork.

Safety First: Complete a mandatory 4-hour safety training course once your start date is locked in.
