Hamilton-Madison House (HMH) is the leading provider of behavioral health services for New York City’s Asian community and the second largest provider in the country. • Incorporate motivational strategies into work with families
  • Support parents/caregivers in the development or enhancement of parenting skills through the Everyday Parenting curriculum
  • Receive weekly supervision related to the FCU-SP project, and as required by Hamilton-Madison House
  • Maintain medical records documentation according to HMH and the Office of Mental Health policies and procedures
  • Comply with all agency, City, State and Federal regulatory and compliance standards

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese
  • Experience working with a high-risk youth population, administering risk assessments and developing safety plans
  • Training and experience in the use of Motivational Interviewing strongly preferred

Compensation: $52,000 to $55,000 depending on education and experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week
