Landscape Construction Team Leader
Benson Enterprises is a well-established landscape design/build company serving the Greater Rochester area for over 35 years. We’re seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Team Leader to lead teams on custom outdoor construction projects and help deliver high-quality work to our clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, and developing their team.
What You’ll Get
Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
$1,500 signing bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 180 days)

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage a landscape construction team on active job sites
Oversee installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, plantings, and lighting.
Read and execute construction plans efficiently and accurately
Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule
Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and productivity goals are met
Train, mentor, and support Technicians and Apprentices
Communicate with management and clients as needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong landscape construction / hardscape experience
Prior team leader, foreman, or lead installer experience preferred
Ability to lead by example and work hands-on with the team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work
Ability to train and develop a team
Valid Driver’s License required
