We are currently seeking a Partner/Sr. Attorney-Taxation & Estates. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex tax issues, estate planning, and wealth management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment where you will be able to utilize your expertise in audits, complex valuation, and federal laws. This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, estate planning, and wealth management to a diverse client base.
2. Manage and lead audits, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations.
3. Conduct complex valuations and provide strategic advice to clients on wealth preservation and growth.
4. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client wealth.
5. Represent clients in tax disputes and litigation cases.
6. Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
7. Collaborate with other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
8. Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
9. Maintain high standards of professional conduct and ethics.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the New York State Bar.
3. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in taxation, estate planning, and wealth management.
4. Proven experience in conducting audits and complex valuations.
5. In-depth knowledge of federal tax laws and regulations.
6. Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
10. High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
