E-commerce Operations Associate
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level E-commerce Operations Associate. This role focuses on supporting daily e-commerce operations, maintaining product listings, monitoring online store performance, coordinating inventory updates, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update online product listings
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates
- Process customer orders and track fulfillment status
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and images
- Assist with marketplace and website operations
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams
- Identify operational issues and recommend improvements
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches
- Maintain documentation and operational records
- Ensure a high-quality online customer experience
- Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, operations, administration, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic e-commerce platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
