Graphic Arts Specialist

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Graphics Designer of the Test and Trace Corps Communications Team will be responsible for:

• Working in consultation with Communications Manager to create innovative, comprehensive, content-aligned creative solutions that resonate with a wide range of industries and diverse audiences; flexibly translates and interprets brand strategy and business objectives into comprehensive design solutions and compelling visual concepts

• Elevating and maintaining the integrity and excellence of the Test and Trace Corps brand in all communications; educating and championing the brand with internal/external audiences

• Executing creative assignments independently, from project inception through completion — delegating, directing and executing with excellence and focus across a wide range of communications (digital, print, environmental)

• Working in consultation with the T2 Communications team to manage project workflow and creative resourcing including defining and shaping project scope and schedules in alignment with external development/production requirements and schedules

• Protecting, maintaining and innovating creative processes and workflows that ensure accuracy and quality across all deliverables, maintaining a steadfast attention to detail, deadlines and budgets

• Creating and presenting compelling, engaging creative work to the Test and Trace Corps leadership, senior staff and within the Communications team and may lead meetings, presentations and discussions to gain support and elicit feedback for assigned communications projects

• Such other communications-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.47 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
