Essential Duties:

Primarily responsible for preparing plumbing estimates, identifying labor, material, and time requirements.

• Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
• Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of material, equipment, and labor
• Receive quotes from vendors/suppliers whom we will use their services/items and/or the project
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Maintain relationships with company suppliers and vendors
• Track bids sent to clients
• Presenting prepared and neat estimates to management
• Maintain relationships with company suppliers and vendors

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Intermediate-level knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Report writing and strategic planning skills
• Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for all projects
• Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members
• Must be able to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Able to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, civility, and a high degree of ethics in all job-related actions
• Ability to work independently and carry-out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
