Job Summary

Ready to take your FLIK experience to the next level? Join the Corporate Operational Services Team as an Operations Coordinator and help power the programs that support our field operations across the business. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers and corporate leaders to keep key initiatives moving forward. From coordinating communications and supporting new business tastings to helping manage operational resources and department finances, you’ll play a central role in keeping our team organized, connected, and successful. This is a great opportunity for someone with FLIK field operations experience who is curious about the corporate side of the business and wants to make a visible impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage communications through the centralized corporate inbox
• Support coordination of new business sales tastings
• Maintain and organize web-based operational resources
• Assist with department financial tracking, payables, and transfers
• Help drive successful project deliverables across the team
• Support corporate programs including: Internal FLIK website, Real Coffee, Safety-HACCP, Smallwares, Uniform, Merchandising Office Hours
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Contribute to operational standards and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working independently with a bias for action
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Monday.com
• Comfort using AI tools and remote communication platforms
