Senior Coordinator, Finance Ad Expense

Overview And Responsibilities We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior Coordinator, Finance Ad Expense for the Ad Sales Expense Finance team. This is a great position for a candidate seeking a broad overview of corporate finance. This person will be tasked with day-to-day administrative duties, PO/Invoice processing and tracking, periodic finance division report pulls, as well as ad hoc analysis and accounting assistance. The ideal candidate is well organized, solution-oriented, a team player, and able to take action. Reports directly to the Senior Director, Ad Expense Finance, and will interface with expense and sometimes the revenue team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Own the monthly purchase order and invoice processing of various contractual expenses
- Update invoice trackers, review, and ensure all monthly activities have been properly recorded
- Assist in preparing pacing HQ reports by divisions and journal entries
- Partner with Global Business Services (GBS) and Corporate card accounting for any accounts payable queries
- Support with budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Participate in meetings with each business unit and support Ad Sales Finance leads when generating reports and researching questions
- Communicate information and changes to the relevant parties in a timely manner
- Work on an as‐needed basis with Finance leads and business contacts on issues and queries that may arise
- Maintain forward-looking reporting and ensure information is clear and reliable, timely, and useful to key stakeholders
- Complete general ad hoc requests and analyses
- BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
- 2+ years of experience in cost accounting, banking, or accounts payable
- Strong expense tracking knowledge is imperative, with an ability to reconcile correctly
- Proficient in Excel
- Some experience with ERP or related accounting system
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to partner with and navigate large cross-functional teams
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment

Additional Information Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 65,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
