Campaign Manager
Location-Type: Hybrid NYC (2-3x/week)

Compensation Range: $55-65/hr W2

We are seeking a Campaign Manager to develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. This individual will own the end-to-end campaign strategy and execution process, partnering closely with sales, product marketing, creative, and revenue operations teams to move prospects through the buyer journey. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience building full-funnel demand generation programs that convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns designed to generate demand, drive engagement, and create qualified pipeline.
- Build end-to-end campaign strategies that support the full buyer journey, from awareness through sales conversion.
- Determine the optimal channel mix for campaigns, including email, content marketing, webinars, events, direct mail, and paid media support.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop audience-specific messaging and positioning.
- Collaborate with Creative teams to develop campaign briefs and marketing assets.
- Work closely with Sales to align lead follow-up processes, nurture strategies, and conversion goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution across marketing, sales, and operational stakeholders.
- Manage lead nurture programs designed to increase engagement and accelerate prospects through the funnel.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
- Analyze audience behavior, campaign results, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support ongoing testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- 4 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Experience developing and executing full-funnel demand generation or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and lead nurturing strategies.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs, including email, webinars, events, content marketing, direct mail, and paid media initiatives.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Creative, Revenue Operations, and Sales.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience within a B2B SaaS or technology organization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) or demand generation initiatives.
- Exposure to technical or cybersecurity-focused buyer audiences.
- Experience in startup or high-growth company environments.
