Salary: $200,000 - $400,000 per year A bit about us: Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeks to add a Corporate Trust Attorney to their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience with a Corporate Trust and/or Securities background. In this position you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing/negotiating a variety of corporate documents as well as assisting partners with closings! - Licensed to practice law in New York
- 3 + years of Corporate Trust experience
- Experience working in a large firm handling Corporate Trust/Securities matters
- Experience drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating corporate documents
- Experience with debt transactions, securitizations, and bond financings is needed.
