Product Manager (EHS)

We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive our already incredible growth. Intenseye is a disruptive company in a new category solving major legacy issues for our customers. We have a proven product and market fit and are already closing and onboarding enterprise customers.

Insight and Expectations
Product operations
Setup and maintain product management process (backlog, well-written user stories, epics).
Free up some of the founders’ time on some strategic topics! (e.g. competitive analysis).
Product research and design
Craft the product by working with designers and developers to find the best product solutions and build features that resonate with customers. Meet clients regularly to put them at the centre of product discussions.
Product development
Consolidate, rationalise, and prioritise market requirements into a product roadmap to define go-to-market strategy and the timeline for product features and improvements. Setup the first roadmaps with the rest of the team to establish clear product priorities for the next 1 - 3 - 6 months. Communicate the roadmap to all internal stakeholders through “release notes” so that everyone is up to speed.
Product lifecycle
Lead and take full responsibility for the full product life cycle development from initial concept, specification, design to launching.
Lead product rollout efforts with marketing, sales, and other client-facing teams to create case studies, demos, training material, etc.
\n The role- Define product feature strategy and product road maps with clear objectives and long-term vision
- Complete a comprehensive assessment of market offerings, product gaps and client needs
- Determine clear prioritisation of features and functionality based upon a solid understanding of constraints, dependencies, costs,
- resources and customer benefits
- Develop plan for implementation timing of products/features on the PDL
- Manage the coordination and analysis of market research to understand customer behaviour, product satisfaction, and emerging
- opportunities
- Analyses appropriate ROI and related financial analysis of products. Identifies product enhancements to balance a favourable return on investment with customer needs
- Formulates, documents, and communicates tactical, actionable requirements for product development
- Suggests partnerships for products
- Collaborates with various departments to ensure product delivery and quality goals are achieved and maintained
- Act as point of communication for product expertise, requirements and roadmap validation with engineering and business teams
- Preferably you have 5+ years of relevant product management experience with a focus on software products for enterprise customers ideally across Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Experience from a B2B and SaaS product is preferable.
- Experience in interfacing with clients to collect market insight.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and
- industry trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) / Deep Learning (DL) software platforms is a plus.
- Experience in scaling a global start-up is a plus.
- Experience in health and safety and/or compliance management tools is a plus.
