About the Role:
Join NYC Behavior Specialists LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Long Branch, NJ, where you will make a significant impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality behavioral therapy.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Provide direct one-on-one support to clients in various settings.
- Assist in the development of social skills and communication strategies.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members regarding client progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavioral therapy.
- Must hold a current RBT certification.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for helping others and making a difference.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
