The Role

We are seeking caring and dedicated part-time/ full-time licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, MHC-LP) to join our collaborative team in our East Setauket or Sayville locations. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high quality mental health services to women and contribute to our practice mission and core values. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Be available a minimum of 15 hours/ week ( including at least 2 evenings)
• Provide individual therapy (with opportunities for couples, teens, and groups)
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Participate in ongoing supervision
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded clinicians
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
• Maintain accurate, ethical clinical records

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Current license in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) (LMSW, MHC-LP will be considered based on experience)
• 2+ years of clinical experience (experience with women’s issues preferred)
• Skilled in evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to in-person and telehealth sessions
