PowerPoint Coordinator

Our client is seeking a PowerPoint Coordinator to design, build, and polish professional presentations for executives and client-facing teams. You'll turn raw content and data into clean, on-brand, visually compelling slide decks that help our partners win.

If you have a sharp eye for layout, love making complex information simple, and thrive on deadlines, this role is for you. You'll work remotely with a collaborative team and the creative latitude to make every deck shine.

Responsibilities

• Build, format, and edit PowerPoint presentations from outlines, drafts, and raw data
• Apply brand guidelines, templates, and consistent formatting across every deck
• Create charts, diagrams, infographics, and data visualizations from spreadsheets
• Collaborate with executives, sales, and marketing teams to refine messaging and layout
• Proofread slides for accuracy, consistency, and visual quality
• Manage multiple presentation requests and meet tight deadlines
• Maintain and improve the master template and slide library
• Convert presentations across formats such as PDF and Google Slides as needed

Requirements

• Two or more years building professional PowerPoint presentations
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including master slides, animations, and transitions
• Strong visual design sense and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals
• Experience building charts and basic data visualizations in Excel
• Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple requests
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A portfolio or work samples of presentation design preferred
