Enterprise Account Executive
Snapshot: $140K–$175K base · $280K–$350K OTE + generous equity · New York · On-site (5 days) · No visa sponsorship · 8+ yrs enterprise SaaS
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a well-funded, growth-stage AI company (~70 people, founded 2021) building autonomous AI agents for HR — capturing talent intelligence through conversation and automating hiring workflows. This is a full-cycle enterprise seat selling into large organizations (5,000+ employees), with generous equity and a fast-scaling team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees). Manage a pipeline that's ~70% outbound, ~30% inbound. Handle intricate, multi-stakeholder negotiations with extended timelines. Develop deep expertise articulating the value proposition. Partner with leadership and the GTM team on strategy execution.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 90 days: master the product and enterprise HR buyer, and build outbound pipeline. First year: consistently close six-figure+ enterprise contracts and help refine the enterprise motion.
MUST-HAVES
8–12 years B2B SaaS sales closing six-figure+ enterprise contracts; strong outbound rigor; comfort with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
NICE-TO-HAVES
HR-tech, talent, or people-analytics sales experience; experience selling into large enterprises with long procurement cycles.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$140K–$175K base (USD), $280K–$350K OTE, generous equity.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
On-site 5 days/week in New York.
