We're adding a District Manager to grow our New York City business — someone who is energized by being in market, building relationships, and making brands show up where consumers can find them.
You'll be on the ground driving availability, visibility, and velocity for Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori across retail accounts in your territory — executing specific goals while building strong working relationships with distributor partners who multiply your impact. This role is built for someone with ambition and the drive to grow their scope over time.
This isn't a desk job. We want someone who owns their territory.
What You'll Do
- Drive availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Beer USA brands across retail accounts in NYC
- Deliver specific execution goals across your territory
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributor partners
- Develop brand presence across on and off-premise accounts
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow distribution and in-market execution
- Represent Asahi Beer USA brands with passion and professionalism in market
Travel
Field-based role. Regular travel within the NYC market will be required, along with limited travel for company meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 annually (salaried/exempt)

Requirements:What We're Looking For
- A demonstrated background in brand and relationship development within a specific geographic territory
- Experience working with distributor partners in a field sales role
- Familiarity with on and off-premise retail in the beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol space
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their territory and results
- Ambition to grow — this role has room to expand for the right person
- Someone who'd rather be in market than in a meeting
