Professional Data Entry Clerk
Description
The Professional Data Entry Clerk is an essential member of our administrative team in the Civil Construction Services industry. This role is foundational in managing our data, providing accurateinformation to facilitate project planning and execution. The ideal candidate must possess attention to detail and organizational skills, as accuracy in data entry is critical to our operations. The Data Entry Clerk will work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all project-related information is processed correctly and documented efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using collected data.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation for easy accessibility.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Respond to data inquiries from team members and management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in data entry is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with database systems is a plus.
