Senior Construction Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Management Specialist in New York City, NY. Join Our Client, a Top U.S. Employer unlocking the power of food! We need a driven PM with a relevant Bachelor's and 3+ years in luxury retail construction to lead end-to-end builds.

responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end retail store construction, relocations, and refurbishments for Our Client, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.
- Direct all pre-construction and bidding activities, including comprehensive lease evaluations, permit securement, material procurement, and vendor proposal negotiations.
- Collaborate with Our Client's internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold design integrity, devise contingency plans for project issues, and implement spatial requirements.
- Manage critical project data using the Retail Development Tracker while continuously mapping procedures to optimize workflows and elevate Our Client's operational standards.
