The TikTok Specialist reports into the Social Media Manager and supports the social team with strategic planning and expertise of TikTok. This role oversees all strategy, execution and monitoring of the platform, including emerging trends, best practices, and brand opportunities. This position plays a core role on the social team, helping to grow the platform for Victoria's Secret and being a key player in its evolution.

Your Impact:

• Serve as the primary TikTok subject matter expert across Victoria's Secret social

• Work closely and collaboratively with Marketing, Creative, and Copy partners to bring the brand strategy to life on TikTok

• Manage the Victoria's Secret organic TikTok presence including creative briefing, posting and publishing, reporting/optimization, and channel innovation

• Activate brand and content strategy - focus on bringing our brand message and product storytelling to life via short-form video content and engaging community management

• Understand and evolve the voice of the Victoria's Secret brand on TikTok

• Partner with PR to liaise as platform landscape expert and identify, brief, and activate content opportunities for creator partnerships

• Actively engage with fans, influencers, and other brands across platforms

• Bring new and big ideas for how to grow the channel and stay connected to platform updates and innovations

• Track, gauge and quickly act on trends

• Collaborate with Creative, championing platform best practices, educating and inspiring content creation

• Outline platform approach, develop performance metrics specific for Victoria's Secret TikTok handle, and monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making continuous improvements, and report on KPIs

• Creation of one-pagers, decks and other requested documents as needed

• Assist with inputs into marketing plans and creative briefs

Minimum Salary: $63,500.00 Maximum Salary: $82,950.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent preferred

• 3-5 years years relevant working experience in social media management and analytics

• Deep knowledge of the TikTok platform, including experience creating content, posting, and reporting

• Ability to film, edit, and create TikTok content

• Fashion retail experience a plus

• Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas

• Excellent proficiency with social media tools, including Dash Hudson and Adobe

• Passion for learning and understanding what makes fans take actions in social media

• Must have and maintain knowledge of pop culture and viral trends on TikTok

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines

• Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
