As a Customer Service and Dispatch Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate their heating and cooling needs while ensuring a seamless service experience. This role is essential to upholding our reputation for excellence and making a positive impact on every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Guide customers in understanding their heating and cooling options and address their questions or concerns.
• Process service orders, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Efficiently schedule service and maintenance appointments, dispatching technicians as needed.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, maintaining a positive company image at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service; experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to commute to Constantia, NY 13044.
