Position Summary:

The Licensed Wax Specialist provides high-quality hair removal services with precision, professionalism, and guest comfort as the top priority. All specialists begin with our Assistant Training Program, ensuring every team member upholds the same luxury guest experience.

Assistant Training Program & Career Growth:

• Starting Pay: $15.50/hour during training
• Duration: 3–6 months (based on individual progress)
• Includes:
• Full-body and facial waxing techniques
• Pre- and post-waxing care education
• Client comfort and speed training
• Product knowledge and retail education
• Post-Training Compensation: Hourly and/or commission — whichever is greater

Responsibilities:

• Perform facial and body waxing services with attention to client safety and comfort.
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Promote retail products to support waxing results.

Qualifications:

• Active NYS Waxing License or Esthetics License (or awaiting licensure)
• Strong attention to detail and client experience
• Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
