Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist located in Bay Shore, NY. The Administrative Specialist will assist with daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and support operational processes. The role also requires providing outstanding customer service, ensuring compliance with financial processes, and collaborating with teams to streamline business functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to assist and engage with team members and customers professionally.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and organizational support.
  • Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for process improvements and provide solutions effectively.
  • Basic understanding of Finance, including budgeting, expense tracking, and handling financial records.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong time management abilities.
  • Assist with launch follow up, supply chain coordination and internal communication.
  • Assist with onboarding new franchisees from welcome meeting to delivery platforms and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in common office software tools such as Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience in a related administrative or customer service role is a plus.
