Optometrist
Big Apple Eyecare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Optometrist to join our team. If you're passionate about providing top-notch eye care and have the expertise to diagnose and treat various eye conditions, we want you on our team! We are located inside the Target Optical in Westbury - we are a sublease location.
Position: Optometrist seeking coverage ability to cover 1 or more days consistently
Location: Big Apple Eyecare, [Westbury, NY]
Schedule: Monday 10-5, Friday 10-5, Saturday 9-3, possible Sundays in future
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams
- Diagnose and treat ocular diseases and conditions
- Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as necessary
- Provide exceptional patient care and education
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless patient experiences
Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Valid state optometry license
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
