Addison Group is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO of a dynamic and growing organization. This high-impact role provides an opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, manage critical projects, and act as a key liaison between leadership and internal teams.

Job Description:

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping drive organizational strategy, operational excellence, and project execution. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of priorities.
• Support preparation of investor and stakeholder communications, including presentations and reports.
• Join key meetings and calls on behalf of the CEO and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
• Conduct research, analyze risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Review contracts, proposals, and operational plans to identify key insights or potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Must come from the Financial Services/Finance industry.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or legal roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, and cloud collaboration tools.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with senior leadership and presenting to executives or investors.
• Proven ability to manage projects with significant business impact.
