Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical
Location: Watertown, NY
Duration: 3+ Month Contract (Extendable)
Shift: Night Shift
Pay Rate: $2,433.96 / 36 hours per week

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg provides professional nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical needs. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit.
Monitor, assess, and document patient progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience.
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in EMR systems.
Licenses & Certifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license (NY).
