About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamic Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise Accounts Receivable (AR) systems. This role requires a strong balance of technical leadership and business process expertise, supporting the full lifecycle of AR processes and ensuring seamless integration with broader finance and ERP platforms.

The selected resource will play a critical role in a rapid 2–3 week current-state assessment, driving technical strategy and solution recommendations for future-state improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in AR solution design, development, and optimization within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Lead a current-state review of enterprise AR processes and system architecture.
• Develop solution recommendations aligned with broader finance and ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with finance, ERP, and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
• Document requirements, workflows, and solution architectures for stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring AR solutions meet both functional and technical needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ year of proven expertise as a Solution Architect or Technical BA within Finance/AR domains.
• 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AR experience
• Must have Insurance Client experience
• Strong background in enterprise AR process design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Finance systems integration (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to drive current-state assessments and future-state recommendations in a rapid timeframe.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation skills (process flows, requirements, architecture diagrams).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with high-volume AR environments.
• Knowledge of emerging AR automation solutions (AI/ML, RPA, etc.).
• Prior consulting experience leading rapid assessments and solution roadmaps.
