ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the General Manager in implementing Board policies, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing contractors in alignment with the management contract.
- Support hiring, supervision, and evaluation of on-site staff; set performance goals and ensure accountability to operational standards.
- Analyze financial reports, support budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and implement financial controls as directed by the General Manager.
- Prepare Board meeting agendas and minutes, coordinate elections, and serve as a liaison between residents and the Board to communicate policies and address concerns.
- Assist with other jobs and other duties as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in HOA, property, or facilities management
- Strong understanding of HOA governance, budgeting, and operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g. CINC, website posting)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- CMCA or other HOA-related certifications preferred
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Availability:
Regular business hours and must be available for Board meetings after regular business hours, as necessary.
