The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $101,376.00 to $126,720.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to shape how Pernod Ricard USA unlocks the power of Automation and Artificial Intelligence to make work smarter, faster, and more human. As a VIE Analyst within the Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation team, you will help identify, design, and deploy solutions that simplify processes and elevate employee experience. You will collaborate across the business to turn efficiency opportunities into meaningful automation use cases that drive measurable impact. What you’ll do
- Partner with teams across Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations to identify automation and AI opportunities, completing assessments and prioritizing high‑value use cases within your first 90 days.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support the design and deployment of automation solutions such as workflow tools, robotic process automation, and AI agents.
- Document process flows, use cases, and impact metrics to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Support change and adoption efforts by contributing to training, playbooks, and communications that help teams confidently use new digital tools.
- Track and report progress through a centralized AI & Automation Opportunity Tracker and contribute to monthly dashboards for senior leadership.
- Benchmark internal and external best practices to help shape Pernod Ricard USA’s automation and AI strategy.

Required qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data/Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier) and AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and improving how work gets done.
