Apartment Maintenance Technician – Brooklyn, NY 11217

Job Description
You’ll complete essential maintenance tasks and support the property team with repairs and unit upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and general property tasks
- Respond to work orders promptly and professionally
- Support unit turns and daily operational needs
- Maintain tools, safety, and property standards
Required Skills
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Must own tools
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
Pay & Schedule
- $21/hr
- Contract role through BGSF
- Schedule:
- Monday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Thursday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
