Job Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve project-related issues and mitigate risks effectively.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
