Our role might be your opportunity to excel in the dynamic world of Recruitment Administration. Are you interested?
As a Principal – Recruitment Administration, you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication and helping to facilitate the onboarding process. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing
- Oversee account-specific administration activities for the following scope of services: interview scheduling, pre-employment screening or reference checks initiations or verifications, candidate care, offer management, onboarding, invoice administration, applicant tracking system updates, and requisition management
- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.g., updating Operations Manual or other process documentation
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
- Providing tangible contribution to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Preparing forecasts as required
Skills & Requirements
- Familiarity with recruitment systems and technology is ideal.
- Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Experience in working with various administration activities that may include, but not limited to, interview scheduling, offer management and onboarding.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex interview or meeting scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly, professionally, and engagingly.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate persuasively, negotiate effectively, and influence others positively.
- Strong ability to organize tasks, manage conflicting priorities, and work efficiently in a demanding environment.
- High level of accuracy and precision in all work.

For this role, the initial expected remuneration is USD68,063 - 89,585, plus applicable benefits (Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Paid Parental Leave, Performance Bonus)
This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
