What Youll Do
30% - Act as main day-to-day point of contact for the client providing strategic recommendations and analysis.
25% - Manage the execution of clients Search program inclusive of managing the efforts of analyst level resources assigned to clients accounts. Own hands-to-keyboard set-up management optimization and reporting of retail search.
15% - Analyze performance data and provide intelligent insights interpretations and appropriate action plans based on conclusions.
15% - Work with Search senior leadership to develop Retail Search strategy and testing strategy and testing methodology and roadmap for client(s) andsynthesize that strategy in compelling presentation formats.
10% - Contribute to larger team training and learning agenda helping to lead cross-learning sessions among analyst level team members and below.
3% - M anage daily relationships with key retail partners like Amazon Walmart Target etc
2% - Provide support on new business initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Experience
4 years of experience in Retail Search
Retail media buying experience on Amazon and one or more of the following platforms is required - Walmart Criteo Citrus Ads Kroger/Promote IQ Instacart.
Google SEM or similar experience is a plus but not required
Desire and aptitude for training motivating and managing individuals at multiple levels.
Advanced quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills.
An enthusiasm for learning about Retail Search on a fast-growing thriving team
Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the SEM programs and to expand upon that success.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in person and in writing.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Bachelors degree in relevant or related field (marketing communications finance analytics etc.)

Salary Range
$85000.00 - $105000.00A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets experience training education licensure/certifications and qualifications for the role.
