Position Title: ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR

Shift: Monday - Friday: 11 am - 7 pm

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Other Forms of Compensation: None

Job Summary

The Night Administrative Supervisor is responsible for overseeing evening operations with a focus on quality assurance and the upkeep of office facilities. The Evening Administrative Supervisor ensures that the workspace remains safe, functional, and compliant with organizational standards while maintaining high service and quality levels during after-hours operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Work onsite and available 11 PM - 7 AM

• Provides a continued high standard of service and communication to maintain client base

• Surveys existing accounts for new opportunities

• Manipulates data as needed for internal business reviews/meetings

• Performs an ongoing analysis of the portfolio of business managed by analyzing the vendor, client and sector financial performance

• Manages internal resources to problem solve for issues that have happened in the field

• Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze, and present complex business reviews to Clients

• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong customer service orientation

• Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making

• Strong problem-solving skillsdecision-making

• Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
