Finance Operations Manager
:
We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will ensure the every day financial activities are met daily, weekly & Monthly. Will work closely with the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Minimum 5 years managing an accounting Department (preferred Senior Living Experience)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial accounting principles
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
- Will oversee general accounting, billing, accounts payable, purchasing and cash management
- Must be very organized and pay attention to detail
- Strong computer skill (accounting software, excel and word)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $69.23 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
