Senior Advisor, Client Success - Media

The Senior Advisor is an individual contributor role responsible for owning and driving success for one or more strategic Epsilon Media clients. In this highly client-facing role, you serve as the primary day-to-day client partner, with increased ownership of client relationships, critical initiatives, and media solutioning.
You will partner closely with Sales, cross-functional internal teams, and agency partners to deliver outcomes that exceed client expectations. Your consultative approach and deep product expertise position you as a trusted advisor, strengthening long-term client partnerships and driving growth.
Responsibilities
What You'll Achieve
In this role, you will establish and grow client value by delivering data driven media strategies and recommendations aligned to client business objectives. You will take ownership of strategic client initiatives, including planning, optimization, and roadmap development, while ensuring flawless execution across the Epsilon platform.
You will lead client conversations-including in person and executive level meetings-and partner with Sales to identify optimization and expansion opportunities. You will apply expertise across Epsilon Media and potentially Epsilon Tech (including cleanroom use cases) to recommend solutions that support client objectives.

Client and Revenue Growth:
- Own day - to - day client relationships for assigned critical initiatives for clients.
- Lead client meetings, including performance reviews, planning sessions, and executive discussions.
- Partner with Sales to identify and advance optimization, upsell, and growth opportunities.
- Stay closely informed on account execution to proactively assess performance, program adoption, and potential risks, partnering with the account team as needed.
Media Strategy & Solutioning
- Help inform Epsilon Media strategy and support solutioning across Epsilon Tech when applicable.
- Leverage product expertise to recommend media and data solutions aligned to client objectives.
- Shape and expand client roadmaps through strategic insights and forward-looking recommendations.
Reporting & Planning
- Synthesize performance insights and support QBRs and strategic readouts.
- Connect campaign results to broader business goals and future investment planning.
Strategic Leadership
- Take ownership of strategic client initiatives, driving alignment across teams.
- Guide executional resources supporting your client base.
- Act as an effective change agent contributing to process and capability improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 9 - 12+ years of experience in media, client success, or related roles.
- Proven ability to own client relationships and lead strategic conversations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and operate confidently in ambiguity.
Base Salary: $96,000.00 - $144,000.00
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
